Cancellation Policy

The Glow Bar's has a booking policy designed to protect the business's affordability and to keep everything fair for all clients. 

Last minute cancellations & no shows to your appointment impact the business tremendously. This means that clients can't book those last min. available time slots. Therefore we hope that you will respect and appreciate our time/ booking and cancelation policy.

You will be charged a 100% fee for a no show or late cancellation. A late cancellation is classified as 23 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time. A no show is classed as not showing up to your appointment at all without notification within 23 hours to your scheduled appointment time. Same day appointments may not be available. When a new appointment is scheduled, it will result in a full service price for such service. If you decide to do a last minute cancellation due to bad weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee. Bad weather conditions consist of heavy storms & rainfall. Last minute cancelations may only be granted 1 hour before scheduled appointment due to how fast the weather can change, therefore we do not accept wet weather cancelations hours before scheduled appointment.  A light drizzle does not count as bad weather and will not be accepted. 

Skin reactions or conditions

Be advised there is a small percentage of individuals who's skin does not react favorably to the spray tanning formula. This is a luxury service & the product in this service are used for cosmetic purposes. There are rare occasions where individuals may be allergic to an ingredient in the formula. If you have sensitive or sensitized skin, please consult with your doctor before scheduling an appointment.  We are not liable for any skin reactions or allergies. If a severe reaction were to occur, contact your physician. If known allergies, please check with technician for ingredients in the formula. 

The formulas used in the session does not protect you from the sun and does not act as a base tan. The products do not contain sunscreen and will not protect you from sunburn. Unprotected skin and over exposure from the sun without SPF may result in skin damage, skin aging, and skin cancer. 

Duration: The air brush spray tan usually lasts between 10-14 days. The duration of the tan will vary depends on skin preparation before scheduled appointment, skin shedding cycle, spray tan after care and maintenance. Its very important to stay moisturized & hydrated to keep your skin from being dry. Dry skin will not hold full expected time of spray tan.

Refusal of service 

The Glow Bar has the right to refuse service if technician feels client is unsuitable for service. 

Lost or damaged items

The Glow Bar is not held responsible for any lost or damaged items at appointment. The spray tan formula comes out of MOST fabrics after being washed. Solution may not come out of silk items.  Discoloration may occur on some surfaces & fabrics so please use with caution and care. The Glow Bar is not liable for any damaged or discoloration in any clothes or surfaces.

I have carefully read the Terms & conditions of this page and state that I am not aware of any allergies, medical conditions, or any other reason that would prohibit me from getting an air brush spray tan. I understand the risks involved and agree to use at my own risk. The following Terms & Conditions apply when you register your information and or schedule appointment. Once you signed the Terms & Conditions form, The Glow Bar is not liable for all of the following on the Terms & Conditions page and or info release form. You must provide us with truthful and correct information so we can best serve you. I understand and agree to hold harmless 'The Glow Bar'  from any damages that may incur due to the use of service and or products, but not limited to, tan not being even or fading evenly, tan being too light or too dark, allergic reaction to ingredients, tan duration being less time than expected, or any other undesired results.
